  • 2 slices of sweet potato, cut into ¼ inch slices
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 TB of nut butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Touch of sea salt



Scrub sweet potato or peel.


Slice into half then slice longways into ¼-inch thick pieces.


Toast in a toaster on high until soft and slightly brown.


Top with nut butter, sliced banana, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon and salt.
