Who doesn’t love a delicious dip? This dip is so easy to make and the perfect addition to any party or afternoon snack. It’s a definite crowd pleaser for all ages! I used plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Feel free to sub in an almond/cashew/coconut or other nondairy yogurt.

  • ½ Cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (sub nondairy yogurt as desired, like almond or cashew based).
  • 1 Serving Green Soup
  • 2 Jalapeño peppers, seeded and chipped
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste



Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well. Garnish with scallions.
