Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes (Yukon gold suggested)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ scoop Phytopur Soup Greens powder
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 420 degrees.

Wash and chop potatoes into bite sized wedges.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add chopped potatoes to a large bowl, sprinkle soup powder on top and combine well.

Place potatoes onto parchment paper and drizzle oil in top of potatoes.

Add salt and pepper as desired.

Bake for approximately 40 minutes, until golden brown.
