ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 oz tamari gluten free low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 scoop Phytopur Soup- Greens
  • 1 tsp cracked red pepper
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Smash garlic

Peel onion then dice

Wash red pepper then dice

Wash then finely chop broccoli and scallions

Over pan on medium heat, warm oil then add garlic, onion, red pepper and cook about 6 minutes until soft.

Add cauliflower rice, soy sauce, half of the scallions, ginger, turmeric, cumin, cracked red pepper, Phytopur Soup, salt and black pepper then gently mix.

Let cook about 8-10 minutes until warm.

Serve and garnish with scallions.
