ingredients

  • 1 cup phytopur vanilla shake
  • 1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 3/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz eggnog (can substitute coconut or almond milk based eggnogs)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks organic butter at room temperature

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl: flour, shake, baking soda, salt, cinnamon

Mix wet ingredients together in large bowl: butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, egg nog on low speed with a mixer.

Slowly mix in dry ingredients

Once well combined, drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, let cool on tray 2 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely
