On January 8th, we kicked off our first-ever nationwide Community Reboot, inspiring people of all ages and lifestyles across the country to get healthier through plant-powered nutrition, 10 days at a time.
Here are some of our favorite Reboot hits and highlights:
Super Stats—On and Off the Scale
- Our community lost all kinds of weight throughout the Reboot, with individual weight-loss results ranging from a few pounds to several pounds, to over 10 pounds for some. That’s down a whole dress/pant size for people in less than two weeks.
- For those who followed our recommended day-by-day Reboot guidelines, they consumed 12+ servings of fruits and veggies a day! If you consider that the recommended daily intake is 5+ servings of fruits and veggies, and on average Americans get only 2.4 servings, it’s quite a feat!
- If you add up those 12 servings each day, you’ll delight in the fact that most Reboot-ers got 120 servings of fruits and veggies in just 10 days. Based on current daily diet habits, it would take the average American 50 days to pack in all that plant-powered nutrition.
- If you were closely following our Reboot Community Facebook group, you’d have seen nearly 2,000 posts, likes and comments educating, supporting and celebrating each other.
