We live in a world where people think faster is always better; faster wifi, faster cars, faster delivery. And while sometimes this is true, it certainly isn’t the case when it comes to food.  Our obsession with getting things quickly and on-the-go has come at the expense of nutritional quality, with fast food restaurants lining every street and ultra-processed foods dominating the grocery store shelves. We didn’t always eat this way.  In fact, 2010 was the first year on record in which Americans spent more money on food outside of the home, than inside.
